Hi, I’m Hannah

I’m passionate about supporting thoughtful, highly sensitive children, teens, and women who often feel deeply and carry more internally than others may realize. Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship stress, boundaries, or neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism. Often, they’ve spent much of their lives trying to hold everything together, meet expectations, or adapt to environments that leave them feeling misunderstood, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of where they truly fit.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where clients can better understand themselves with compassion, explore difficult emotions without shame, and begin reconnecting with who they are underneath the pressure, overwhelm, or survival patterns they may have been carrying for years. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique personality, experiences, and needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play-based interventions, while also integrating creativity, curiosity, authenticity, and humor into the therapeutic process.

Therapy for Kids (9-12)

When working with children, I strive to create a warm and engaging environment where they feel safe expressing themselves in ways that feel natural to them. Children often communicate emotions through play, creativity, movement, behavior, humor, or even avoidance rather than words alone. Many of the children I work with struggle with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, social difficulties, perfectionism, or processing difficult experiences. Sessions may incorporate play therapy, games, art, storytelling, and creative interventions to help children build emotional awareness, coping skills, confidence, and a greater sense of safety within themselves. I also value collaborating closely with parents and caregivers to help support meaningful progress both inside and outside of the therapy room.

Therapy for Teen Girls (13-17)

I especially enjoy working with adolescent girls who may feel overwhelmed by academic pressure, social dynamics, identity development, self-worth struggles, emotional intensity, anxiety, trauma, or the constant pressure to “keep it together.” Many teen girls I work with are highly self-aware and caring toward others while simultaneously struggling to extend that same compassion toward themselves. Others may feel misunderstood, isolated, emotionally burned out, or exhausted from masking parts of themselves in order to fit in. My goal is to create a space where teens feel genuinely seen, supported, and accepted while helping them better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, process emotions, build healthier relationships and boundaries, and develop greater confidence and self-trust.

Therapy for Young Adult & Adult Women (18+)

I also work with young adult and adult women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, perfectionism, relationship stress, major life transitions, people-pleasing, and the emotional weight of trying to meet everyone else’s expectations while losing connection with themselves in the process. Many of the women I work with are insightful, high-functioning, and deeply caring, yet internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally disconnected, or unsure of how to slow down and care for themselves in the same ways they care for others. Together, we work toward developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns while creating space to process difficult experiences, reconnect with personal values and identity, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.
